Inspired by the delicious soft labaneh cheese made in the villages around Jerusalem and eaten with za'atar and olive oil. This is firmer in texture than labaneh but similarly sharp in taste, and coated in za'atar and sesame. It is named after the ancient village of Ain Karem on the edge of Jerusalem.
Ingredients: water, organic soya beans, organic sesame oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, za’atar (organic thyme, organic oregano, organic sesame seeds, organic cumin), sea salt and cultures.
Allergen advice: contains soya and sesame and may contain traces of almond.
