Malago
Malago has a soft texture and mild creamy taste that gradually strengthens with age. It is named after the local river running through Southville, Bristol where we make our cheese. Ingredients: water, organic soya beans, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, sea salt, and cultures. Allergen advice: contains soya and may contain traces of sesame and almond.
Calvaire
This dairy-free cheese stands out on a vegan cheeseboard with its white rind. Less creamy than a brie or camembert but with a great soft texture, this has the strongest flavour of all our cheeses. The taste strengthens as the rind thickens over time. Named after a bouldering rock outcrop near Fontainbleu, favourite destination of Jon when rock climbing. Ingredients: water, organic soya beans, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, sea salt and cultures. Allergen advice: contains soya and may contain traces of sesame and almond.
Ain Karem
Inspired by the delicious soft labaneh cheese made in the villages around Jerusalem and eaten with za'atar and olive oil. This is firmer in texture than labaneh but similarly sharp in taste, and coated in za'atar and sesame. It is named after the ancient village of Ain Karem on the edge of Jerusalem. Ingredients: water, organic soya beans, organic sesame oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, za’atar (organic thyme, organic oregano, organic sesame seeds, organic cumin), sea salt and cultures. Allergen advice: contains soya and sesame and may contain traces of almond.
Edale
Soft and ever so slightly crumbly with a pleasant mild taste. Named after a village in the Peak District where Jon & Nick have explored the rock climbing crags and mountain bike trails. Ingredients: water, organic almond flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, sea salt and cultures. Allergen advice: Contains almonds and may contain traces of soya and sesame. The almond flour is made in a facility which also processes milk and peanuts.
Edale with cranberry
Soft and crumbly like a Wensleydale cheese, with a delicious sweet taste of cranberries. Ingredients: water, organic almond flour, extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic dried cranberries (10%) (dried cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), sea salt and cultures. Allergen advice: Contains almonds and may contain traces of soya and sesame. The almond flour is made in a facility which also processes milk and peanuts.
